- Access to the domain controller, go to Administrative Tools > and click the Active Directory Administrative Center.
- On the Active Directory Administrative Center, expend the domain and then select the Deleted Objects folder.
- Search the list of deleted object want to be restore, and then select the object and right click Restore.
- Close the Active Directory Administrative Center and open the Active Directory Users & Computers.
- On the Active Directory Users & Computers, find the object to verify.
- Done

RESTORE DELETED USER / OBJECT ACTIVE DIRECTORY
In my scenario, user requested to restore deleted object Active Directory (AD) on Windows Server 2012 R2. Based on checking on customer AD server, the feature of AD Recycle bin was enable.
